  • Lina Hotel: Key Policies at a Glance<\/span><\/h3>

    Booking<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

    • Book online. Your stay is confirmed once you receive our email.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • A valid credit card is required to reserve a room.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • You must be 18+ to book.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Cancellations & Changes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

      • Standard Rate:<\/span><\/strong> Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Non-Refundable Rate:<\/span><\/strong> These bookings cannot be changed or refunded.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • No-Shows:<\/span><\/strong> You will be charged for the first night if you don't cancel and don't arrive.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Your Stay<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

        • Check-In:<\/span><\/strong> Any time after 2:00 PM.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Check-Out:<\/span><\/strong> By 12:00 PM (noon).<\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • ID Required:<\/span><\/strong> Please bring a valid photo ID for check-in.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          House Rules<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

          • Conduct:<\/span><\/strong> Please be respectful of other guests.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • No Smoking:<\/span><\/strong> A cleaning fee will apply if you smoke in the room.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • No Pets:<\/span><\/strong> Certified service animals are welcome.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Damages:<\/span><\/strong> You are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>
